When you join the Alfie waitlist, you give us your email and, if you like, answers to three questions. Here is what we do with them.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Zakupnik. For anything about your data, write to support@zakupnik.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address.
  • Your answers: where you order groceries online, how many people live in your home and what price for Alfie would feel fair, together with the price options we showed you. They are optional.
  • The page version, the language and the parameters of the ad you came from (UTM), and the address of the page that sent you to us.

Why

  • To put you on the waitlist and send you one email when your spot opens.
  • To know which stores to start with and how to set the prices.
  • To see which ads and pages work best.

We do not sell your data and we do not send spam.

Legal basis

We process your email and answers based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by joining. We count visits based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics

We count visits, clicks and sign-ups with PostHog, without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. PostHog never gets your email, and your IP address is used only to count visits anonymously and is not stored. That is why this site does not ask for cookie consent.

How long

We keep your data until we send you an invitation to Alfie, and no longer than 12 months after you join. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Who else can see it

Only the providers the waitlist cannot run without, and only on our behalf:

  • Vercel: the website and saving the form, servers in Frankfurt;
  • Neon: the waitlist database, servers in Frankfurt;
  • PostHog: visit statistics, servers in Frankfurt.

These are US companies. The data stays in the EU, and any access from the US is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. Just write to support@zakupnik.com or reply to our message. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
